Our sale is located approximately 1.5 mile west of the town of Mabel. This is the amazing, TRULY AMAZING estate of Kenneth and Elizabeth Herzog. Long time residents of Mabel and the owners of the pharmacy in Mabel for over 50 years. They both collected and there are multiple generations. You just won’t believe this sale presentation.

Grand piano, many musical instruments enough for a band, SERIOUSLY, Banjos, guitars, Violins, zithers, Clarinet, trumpet, some I had no clue as to what they were, but they toot and play, and I learned more about interesting instruments……. These will be at the second and third sale.
Apothecary and pharmaceutical items:
stacks of bottles, flasks, mortars and Pestles, Mr. Herzog bought the Hanson pharmacy in Mabel and began his practice in 1958. We have advertising from their business as well as the Hanson pharmacy. We have pharmacy equipment, advertising, display pieces that are funky and fun. MANY bottles and mint in box treatments, ointments, salves, things for very strange diseases, tins, and so much more. The bottles are clear, brown, with and without stoppers, labelled, tall, large, small, embossed. Cabinets as well from the store for storage-lots of cubby holes. These will be at both sales.
think everything and anything, Brass beds, wood carved detail beds, child’s crib, iron fancy bed; cabinets and cupboards, chairs, mirrors, bedrooms, tables, dining tables; marble tops, Primitive, Victorian, East Lake, early Americana; Ice Cream Parlor table and chairs; Inlaid tables, drop leaf tables, small side tables, fainting sofa, sofas, upholstered chairs; foot stools, commodes, Walnut, Oak, Maple, Burls, Ebony; I even have some Mid-Century Modern pieces – the house is an architectural designed home built right in the middle of the movement. SO, I have a modern house filled with antique furniture and it works. Included in the furniture are LAMPS! These are so very special, take the time to really look at the pictures. We have dressing table lamps, floor lamps with stained glass and slag glass shades, Steuben shades, Favrile shades, figural bases, French and sculpted bases, Bronze bases, Bradley Hubbard. Gone-with-the-Wind table lamps, brass lantern lights, Kerosene lamps, I even have a Model T Ford oil lamp in mint condition. Furniture will be at both sales.
Dishes: where to begin,
the cupboards are full to overflowing, Watt Ware- extensive, advertising, lanterns, Apple, Prussia, painted plates. 50s, and 60s glassware as well. Multiple complete sets of china dishes, Haviland, Noritake, Lennox, Belleek, many with serving pieces; Flow blue; Pressed and cut glass stemware, pitcher sets; Italian and Capodimonte; Frankoma- just some amazing pieces, we have the green, brown typical Frankoma colors and pieces, a few of the new colors, odd and unique, dishes, pitchers, mugs and glasses, trays, serving, canister sets- Czech glassware- again this is one of the most extensive collections I have ever seen. We will have Czech glass at both sales, pitchers, glasses, compotes, animals, console sets with bowls and candlesticks and all the bright colors you can imagine, these are just more stunning than each other as we discovered and washed them. Sterling pieces, silver tea service and serving pieces including Wallace Grand Baroque; pewter; entertaining and serving pieces; Dishes will be at both sales. Czech and Frankoma will be at both sales.

including gold and diamond including appraisals, tables FULL! We will be dividing the jewelry and have jewelry at both sale dates. Too much to properly display at only one sale. The plan is to have limited access to the house for the second sale. The entire garage with be filled with more stored boxes filled with treasures at the second sale, just so we can have enough room for the third sale. It is going to be a wonderful packed second sale. And then we will unpack the inside of the house and distribute for displaying and sale.
